PocketVAR turns your iPhone into a simple instant replay system for close calls on court.
    
Set up your phone, start recording, and when a disputed point happens, review the last 120 seconds in seconds. PocketVAR is built for padel first, but also works for tennis, pickleball, and other court sports where one close moment can decide a game.
    
No club hardware. No complicated setup. No full-match recording to manage.

The core feature requires a real iPhone camera: place the phone safely outside a court, start recording, then tap Review Last Rally to review the rolling replay buffer. The simulator can be used to inspect UI, but full camera recording should be tested on a real device.
