## Description

Your AI coding agents now live on your Lock Screen. Widgets, Live Activities, and a three-bucket dashboard tell you who is waiting, who is running, and who is done.

BarkAgent is the heads-up display for your AI coding agents.

When you run Claude Code, Codex, or your own agents, they work for minutes
at a time — and you find out they stalled on a confirmation prompt only when
you switch back to the terminal. BarkAgent fixes that. Your agents POST their
status to your device; BarkAgent turns those pushes into live cards you can
read without unlocking your phone.

WITHOUT OPENING THE APP

• Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets show a running count of who needs you,
  who is still working, and who has finished.
• A Live Activity tracks the single most urgent agent, with progress and
  status right in the Dynamic Island.
• Status changes refresh your glance surfaces the moment the push lands —
  not on a ten-minute polling cycle.

WHEN YOU DO OPEN IT

• A three-bucket dashboard: YOUR TURN, RUNNING, SETTLED. One screen, one
  decision — who do I unblock first?
• Tap into any agent for its full step history, exactly as it was reported.
• Pin the agents you care about, mute the noisy ones, archive what is done.
• Per-status alert sounds, so a blocked agent sounds different from a
  finished one.
• A configurable stale timeout automatically demotes agents that stopped
  reporting.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

• Everything is stored on your device. No account, no login, no sign-up.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs.
• Push payloads can be end-to-end encrypted with a key that never leaves
  your Keychain.
• The relay server is open source and you can self-host it, or point
  BarkAgent at any Bark-compatible server you already run.
BarkAgent does not send commands to your agents. It only listens — so it can
never touch your code.
