## Description

OpenLink is the field-operations companion for internet service providers (ISPs). It gives authorized field agents everything they need to onboard subscribers on site — quickly, accurately, and securely.

KEY FEATURES

• Contracts on the go — Create and complete subscriber service contracts from the field, with the same forms and validation as the back office. Pick the serving network (OLT/FDT/FAT), zone, and plan, all pulled live from your OpenRADIUS system.

• Fast, accurate ID capture — Scan the subscriber's national ID with the camera (automatic edge-detection and cropping), or read the e-ID NFC chip to auto-fill verified details on supported devices.

• Approvals built in — Submit contracts into your approval chain and review the ones waiting on you, with one-tap approve or reject and a clear audit trail.

• Collections & wallet — Record customer payments in the field and keep a running balance of what you've collected and settled.

• Stay coordinated — Message and call your dispatch team in real time, and get push notifications for new assignments, approvals, payments, and updates.

• On-shift location — Share your live location with the dispatcher while you're on shift so the team can coordinate coverage.

OpenLink is a private tool for an ISP's authorized agents and requires an account provided by your organization. It is not a consumer self-service app. Sign in with your organization-issued credentials to get started.
