The TX-series CGM system is CE-marked under EU MDR (Class IIb). The system is manufactured by Teljane Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Medical use of the system (including this app as its companion software) in Germany is authorized under the applicable CE marking within the European Economic Area (EEA).
