## Description

Every scale model build is a small expedition, and your workbench deserves a proper field guide. ModelBench is the companion for plastic kit builders who track aircraft, armor, and ship projects from the first sprue to the final coat.

Chart each build as a project card with subject, kit, scale, status, and a live progress bar. Search, sort, and filter your collection, then move into a detail view that ties together the paint scheme, linked recipes, reference photos, a 3D plan, and a staged build sheet.

When markings leave you stranded, the Decal Detective studies a written or photographed livery and maps likely insignia, decal placement, and paint codes, drawing on your own reference notes. Results stay editable and can be attached to any project or kept as a note.

Step onto the Layout Studio, an interactive 3D bench. Orbit, pan, and zoom around aircraft, armor, or ship presets, or import your own model files. Tap the surface to place roundels, serials, squadron codes, and stencils, then rename, recolor, and reposition them. Layouts save as you work.

In the Paint Lab, build a personal recipe library of color swatches. Sample a shade straight from a photo, capture component paints with parts and ratios, and assemble named palettes for whole projects.

The Build Sheet turns your scheme and notes into a sequential, stage-by-stage checklist you tick off at the bench, with optional cure-time reminders. A Reference Shelf keeps searchable notes and an auto-drafted shopping list that flags what you own and what you still need.

Full create, edit, and delete control, undo for mistakes, daily reminders, and real on-device storage. Pack your kit and start building.
