COSTS AND MARGINS THAT TELL THE TRUTH
Ingredient prices flow into product costs. Any unpriced ingredient shows "to be priced" instead of a fake margin — everywhere, the same law.

PLANNING AND TEAM
Rota built on reusable shifts — colour-coded week grid, day coverage, holiday tracking, printable wall sheet. Supplier book and equipment register included.

AN ASSISTANT THAT READS YOUR PAPERWORK
Photograph an invoice, a flour bag or a handwritten recipe card and the assistant reads it in.
