Sleep Health Alarm helps you wake up at the right moment in your sleep cycle, so you start every morning alert and refreshed.

Sleep happens in roughly 90-minute cycles, each with four stages: light sleep (N1, N2), deep sleep (N3), and REM (dreaming). If your alarm rings during deep sleep, you wake up groggy. Sleep Health Alarm times your alarm for the END of a cycle — during light sleep — so waking up feels natural and easy.
