Built by Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS) for our managed-services clients, the app connects you directly to the systems we monitor and support on your behalf — so you always know the status of your equipment, even when you're away.

- Instant Alerts — Get a push notification the moment a monitored device goes offline or reports a problem, plus a follow-up when it returns to normal.

- Support Tickets — Submit support requests and track their status without picking up the phone.

- Role-Based Access — Owners, family members, and staff each see exactly what they should, with billing reserved for account owners.

- Direct Support — Reach the ITS team by phone or email straight from the app.
