## Description

Echoform is a productivity app for capturing and organizing voice work across five focused modules. The Waveform Studio home screen shows a live-style waveform hero, stat pods for clips, transcripts, notes, phrases, and sessions, quick-action chips, and a recent activity feed. Clip Vault records audio clips with AVAudioRecorder, saves titles and notes, and plays them back from a local ledger. Live Scribe uses SFSpeechRecognizer for real-time speech-to-text and stores transcript sessions. Voice Notes supports full CRUD text notes with optional tags and paste-from-scribe. Phrase Bank saves reusable phrases with category filters. Session Log tracks duration, word count, and per-module stats with EFSessionTrendChart trends. History and Help are available from the home header. All data stays on device.

How to Play
1 Open Echoform and review the waveform hero, stat pods, and recent feed on Home
2 Switch tabs to Clip Vault, Live Scribe, Voice Notes, Phrase Bank, or Session Log
3 Record audio, start live transcription, or create notes and phrases with titles and tags
4 Tap Save Record on each module to write to the ledger and activity history
5 Open History from the home header to filter, search, edit notes, or delete records

Features
Clip Vault: tap Record → stop → add title/note → Save Record → play back from ledger with edit and delete
Live Scribe: tap Start Listening → speak → edit transcript → Save Record → manage transcript ledger
Voice Notes: type or paste from scribe → optional tag → Save Record → edit or delete from ledger
Phrase Bank: enter phrase → pick category filter → Save Record → filter and manage phrase ledger
Session Log: set duration and stats → Fill from current stats → Save Record → view EFSessionTrendChart trend
