## Description

Scan the VIN, place each car in a zone and find it in seconds — with aging, CSV export and 9 languages. Receivers for automatic zone updates are optional.

Auto Lot Finder is yard inventory for salvage yards, auto dismantlers, tow and impound lots, auctions and dealer lots. Scan a VIN at intake, place the car in a zone, and find it again in seconds — by VIN, stock number, make or model.

VIN SCAN INTAKE
• Scan the windshield or door-jamb VIN barcode with the camera, or type it
• Add year, make, model and your own stock number
• Pick the zone the car goes to

LOT MAP BY ZONE
• Intake lane, ready for sale, parts hold, insurance hold, crush queue and overflow
• Tap a zone to see every car in it
• On-lot, ready and flagged counts at a glance

FIND ANY CAR
• Search by VIN, stock number, make or model
• Search includes cars you already sold or scrapped, so a VIN stays findable for an audit
• Move a car to another zone, flag it, or correct a mis-scanned VIN

AGING AND EXPORT
• Days on lot for every vehicle, and an oldest-first sort for what has been sitting too long
• Share the whole inventory as a CSV file with your accountant, insurer or auditor
• Mark cars sold or scrapped when they leave — the record is kept

OPTIONAL RECEIVERS FOR AUTOMATIC ZONE UPDATES
The app works on its own: you place and move cars by hand. Automatic zone updates need hardware on your lot — radio receivers (a USB receiver on a small Linux computer or Raspberry Pi) that you buy and mount yourself, following the setup guide on our website. Receivers recognise a car by its tire pressure (TPMS) sensor IDs, which you read with a TPMS tool and enter at intake. Without receivers, nothing moves on its own. Auto Lot Finder is not a tire-pressure app for your own car.
