Sofra is a collection of 214 Lebanese and Syrian home recipes — the dishes families actually cook, gathered from Beirut and the Idlib countryside, told the way they're made at home. The Free Collection — 112 recipes — is free for everyone. No account, no ads.

Sofra honors two kitchens distinctly: the Lebanese cuisine of Beirut, the coast and the mountains, and the Syrian cooking of the Idlib countryside — 49 recipes from Idlib alone, the first dedicated English collection from that table. Each dish carries its region, its Arabic name, and its story.
