For guards:
• Scan a pass QR. Get a clear go / no-go in under a second.
• Search a household by name or address. Tap a platform chip to log a rider.
• Manual override for the visitor who forgot the QR — captures a photo and a reason, sends a heads-up to the resident.
• Works at the gate booth. Designed for one-handed use under a shed roof.

For HOA admins:
