## Description

DormShare is an offline iOS app that helps students and roommates living    
  together fairly split shared water, electricity, and other household bills. 
  You add roommates once, then for every bill you pick the participants and the 
  app instantly calculates each person's share, either evenly or by custom
  ratios you set. Built-in usage timers let you track how long the air          
  conditioner, water heater, or washing machine actually runs, estimate the cost
   at a per-hour rate, and turn that result into a bill with one tap that     
  already remembers who was using it. Monthly charts, per-roommate balances, and
   unpaid totals are drawn natively so you always see who owes what and who has
  settled.                               
                                          
  Unlike generic expense splitters and templated bookkeeping apps that treat    
  every group the same, DormShare is built specifically for dorm and          
  shared-housing life. It maps to the real situations students face: usage-based
   appliance tracking tied to a specific roommate, per-person settled status on
  every bill, water-versus-electricity breakdowns, filtering bills by roommate
  or month, and instant local export to share with the people you live with.
  Deleting a roommate cleans up every related bill and timer automatically, so
  historical records stay trustworthy.   
                                          
  It solves the awkward dorm problem of unfair, untracked utility costs and     
  forgotten payments between roommates. No accounts, no subscriptions, no ads,
  no network requests. Every record lives only on your device.
