Choose a distinct target exam mode. UK SCE mode keys funding-sensitive questions to current NICE/NHS-funded practice. ESMO mode uses the ESMO-appropriate key and excludes UK-funding-only questions, so the keyed answer is never mixed between jurisdictions. Explanations reference ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines and NICE Technology Appraisals where relevant.

Accessibility: choose Small through Huge text in Settings, with a live preview. The text-zoom setting applies throughout the app, including question stems and explanations.
