DailyTrace is a time journal for seeing where your day goes.

Start an activity with one tap. Switch when your day changes, then stop when you are done. DailyTrace turns those records into a clear timeline and practical reviews of your week, month, and past 365 days.

DailyTrace records what you choose to track. It does not score your productivity, fill gaps with guesses, or turn your day into a task list.

RECORD YOUR DAY

Start, stop, and switch activities from a simple daily screen. Add past records, correct times, change activities, or write a note when you need more context.

KEEP THE TIMER CLOSE

Use Home Screen widgets to start activities and check the current timer. Live Activities and the Dynamic Island show what is running and open the current record directly.

USE APPLE WATCH

Start and stop activities from your wrist. While recording, a full-screen timer keeps the current activity easy to read, with switching on a separate page.

LOOK BACK

Review each day on a 24-hour timeline. Weekly charts show how activities filled each day. Month and year heatmaps make differences between recorded days easier to see.

MAKE IT YOURS

Create activities with your own names and choose from a clear 32-color palette. DailyTrace warns you about duplicate names and keeps edits within valid time ranges.

SHARE A REVIEW

Use one preview to create day, week, month, year, or summary images. Save the result to Photos or open the system share sheet.

EDIT WITHOUT WORRY

If you delete a completed record by mistake, use Undo before the message disappears.

LOCAL BY DEFAULT

DailyTrace does not require an account. Activities, notes, and time records stay on your device. You can export a CSV copy for safekeeping.

DailyTrace supports dark mode, VoiceOver, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, the Dynamic Island, and Apple Watch.
