Tasker is a task manager and day planner built on one principle: your plans are yours. Everything lives on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud - there's no Tasker account to create, no server that sees your data, and no tracking. Ever.

It scales from a quick checklist to running your whole week.

PLAN YOUR DAY, NOT JUST A LIST
- Give each task a time estimate and energy level, then let the day planner pack a realistic day within the time you actually have - and tell you what won't fit.
- "Available now" shows only what you can truly start: nothing deferred, nothing blocked, nothing waiting on someone else.
- Defer/start dates keep future work out of sight until it's actionable.

STAY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING
- Projects with target dates, progress rollups, and flags when something falls behind or stalls.
- Daily and weekly reviews surface what's overdue, due, newly active, or stuck.
