## Description

SMO Car Pool is the internal app for employees to book and manage company pool vehicles. Find an available car, reserve it for your trip, check it out when you collect it, and check it back in when you return — all from your phone.

• Find a car — search the fleet by time, location, and number of seats and see what's available.
• Book in seconds — pick your pickup/return window, destination, and purpose.
• Avoid clashes — cars already reserved for your time window are clearly marked, so you only book what's free.
• Check-out & check-in — record fuel level, add notes, and report any issues when you return the vehicle.
• My Trips — view your upcoming and past bookings at a glance.
• Carpool — open your trip to colleagues going the same way so you can share the ride.
• Trip route — when a car is checked out, the app records the route so mileage can be reviewed after the trip (you control this with a location-consent switch).
