Scn3R is the smart document scanner for iPhone. No subscription, no account, no tracking. Everything runs on your device.

• Scan in seconds with automatic edge detection, perspective correction and multi-page support
• Offline text recognition (OCR) — every document fully searchable, with fast in-app full-text search that highlights the match. Your documents stay private and are never exposed to system-wide search
• Edit pages: adjust brightness, contrast and color, or apply Color / Grayscale / B&W — fully reversible, because the original scan is always kept
• Reorder pages with a drag, reset to the original scan order, and merge several scans into one document (split them again anytime)
• Receipts & invoices: amount, merchant, date and category captured automatically
• Scan ID cards and passports — name, number and expiry are read straight from the MRZ (fully on-device, no NFC, no identity verification)
• Add a hand-drawn signature directly onto a page — recolor or remove it anytime
• On-device AI: summarize a document and translate its text, in your language (Apple Intelligence)
• Export searchable PDFs with an embedded text layer; choose the PDF page size (Automatic or A-series); export tables to CSV; password-protect PDFs; or save as JPG/PNG
• File into your own self-hosted Paperless-ngx server, or export to WebDAV / Nextcloud — manually or automatically
• App lock with Face ID, Touch ID or passcode
• Interface available in 14 languages

Optional: Scn3R Plus (one-time purchase, no subscription) adds an AI assistant that answers questions about your documents with sources, warranty & contract tracking with reminders, and automatic Paperless-ngx syncing. Scanning, OCR, summaries, page editing and export all stay free.

Private by design: text recognition, AI and all processing happen only on your iPhone. Your documents never leave your device.
