## Description

Ghost training — moving to every corner of the court without the ball — is one of the most effective solo drills in squash. Ghost Squash turns it into a guided, trackable workout for any level.

• 10 court positions — most ghost drills use only six corners, which leaves the spaces in between untrained and grooves an incomplete movement pattern. Covering all ten trains the whole court, the way a real match demands.
• Five training focuses — front, back, volley, fitness or balanced
