OMIKUJI Diary brings together a morning fortune and an evening diary in one small daily ritual, inspired by omikuji — the paper fortunes drawn at Japanese shrines. All AI runs on your device. Your diary and photos never leave it.

Unfold a fortune like a paper slip from a shrine. Your luck level, stars for love, work, money, and health, plus a lucky color and a lucky item. On-device AI writes a short oracle just for your day. Not the day you hoped for? You can redraw once a day.

How was your day? Finish writing and the AI leaves a gentle comment. Choose from eight voices — a kind friend, a blunt senior, a poet, even a tsundere. It reads the mood of your words and tags emotions automatically. Add photos and tags as you like.

—— Weekends: look back at yourself ——
"Your Week" charts your emotions and writing streak, and the AI sums the week up in a single line.

—— Calendar and memories ——
Browse every fortune and entry from the calendar. The throwback feature quietly hands you "one year ago today."

—— Search by meaning ——
Beyond keywords, on-device semantic search finds entries even when the words don't match — search "a day I felt at ease" and find the matcha latte entry.

—— All the AI stays on your device ——
Apple Intelligence / Gemini Nano (on supported devices), or a Gemma model downloaded to your device, writes the oracles, comments, and summaries. Your diary, photos, and AI processing are never sent to a server.
Note: a network connection is used only for the initial model download and for serving ads.

—— Small touches that keep you going ——
Gentle morning and evening reminders. The day rolls over at 3 a.m., so a late-night entry still counts as yesterday. Face ID / biometric app lock keeps your diary yours alone.
