Arauto is a free, private iOS client for your own Hermes AI agent. If you run Hermes, Arauto gives it a beautiful home on your iPhone — chat with it, manage it, and shape it from anywhere.

Connect in seconds with your server URL and key. Everything stays yours: your conversations, your model, your provider key.

• Chat with your Hermes agent in a fast, native interface with live streaming replies

• Turn skills on and off, and browse what your agent can do
• Choose your AI provider and model (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) and set your key, written straight to your own server

Arauto doesn't resell AI. You point it at your provider with your own API key, so you pay providers directly and stay in control.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your server URL and key live only in your device's Keychain
• Conversations are kept on your device
• Your messages go to YOUR Hermes server, never to us
• No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party SDKs

REQUIREMENTS
Arauto is a companion app: it needs a Hermes agent that you host, plus the small Arauto companion service running alongside it. It is not a standalone chatbot.
