Kegel Buddy is a fully offline Kegel exercise timer for pelvic floor workout. No internet required, all your workout data saves locally on your iPhone without any private data collection.
Three preset workout plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced users follow standard Kegel workout cycles: automatic contraction hold timing + relax break with auto rounds loop.
Custom workout mode lets you customize hold seconds, relax duration, reps per set and total groups freely.
Unique quote companion feature: random funny or motivational lines pop up during contraction to kill boring waiting time, relaxing prompts show on rest phase.
Built-in workout tracker: auto save all training logs, calendar check-in, streak days and total training time stored locally.
Local daily reminder supports multiple custom alert schedules to build your workout habit.
Extra settings include alert sound, vibration toggle, quote style pick and auto dark/light mode.
