## Description

One clear message every morning. Rest or push. Your watch tracks your workouts, Woah explains them: why one felt hard, what it cost you, what to do tomorrow.

Dig into your training. Every workout your watch records now lives on Me, next to the night before it and the morning after. Compare two runs and see why one felt easy and the other did not. Ask the coach about any session and it reads the whole picture: how you slept, what you logged in your diary, what you trained the days before, and what the session cost you the next morning. Set your sports against each other and see which one takes the most out of you.

EVERY MORNING, CLEAR ANSWERS
Woah reads how you actually slept and what your heart did overnight, above all your HRV and resting heart rate, and compares it with what is normal for you, not a general average. When you wake up your recovery score is waiting.

High means go. Train hard, push, spend the energy.
Low means your body is still recovering, so take it easier today.

You get straight answers when you wake up, and a personal explanation of why:
Should I train today?
Am I coming down with something?
How much sleep am I behind?
When should I go to bed?
How much sleep do I need tonight?
How many steps should I take today?

TRAINING, ANSWERED
Each session with its duration, heart rate, zones, drift and route, and the one number your watch never shows: your recovery score the morning after, against your own 30-day average. Tap a session and ask why it felt hard, whether an easy day was actually easy, what it cost you, or how it compares with the last one like it.

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DATA
Woah Coach is a conversation with your own data, in its own tab. It sees up to a year of history, your workouts included. You set real goals together, and every Sunday evening it builds a concrete plan for the week ahead. It remembers what you tell it: an injury, a trip, a fixed match every Sunday. A wellness coach, not a doctor.

YOUR HEART, ANSWERED
Today's resting heart rate and HRV against your own baseline, and your VO2 max compared with others your age.

YOUR SLEEP, NIGHT BY NIGHT
The night drawn exactly as it happened: deep sleep, REM, light sleep and every time you were awake. Your regularity over 30 days, your social jetlag between weekend and weekdays, and your sleep debt over 14 nights.

THE LONG RUN
Your Lifestyle status shows how well you have looked after your body over the last 30 days. Your fitness age: how old your body reads according to the data, and what moves it. Your longevity estimate: a projected lifespan that shifts every time you improve a habit, and what moves it.

A SOCIAL APP
Connect with the people you care about, and every morning you see how they slept and recovered. You choose exactly what you share, you see who can read it, and you can stop whenever you want. Pairing is free.

ALSO
Habit logging in seconds: food, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and how you felt. Widgets and an Apple Watch app.

WHAT YOU NEED
A wearable that measures sleep and heart rate overnight and writes it to Apple Health. Apple Watch and Oura give the sharpest readings. Garmin, Whoop and others work too, though some write only "asleep" with no stage detail. With no wearable there is nothing to read.

FREE AND PREMIUM
The daily part is free for as long as you like: your recovery score, the morning answers, your sleep map, every workout with what it cost, habits, widgets and notifications. Premium adds the longer view of your body and everything the coach does, including the questions under each workout. You start with a free trial.

Woah reads everything through Apple Health. Your raw data stays on your phone. Coach conversations are stored only on your phone and are never synced. To answer, the app sends your daily values to the AI model, with no account and nothing traceable back to you. Your data is never sold and never used for ads. Woah is a coach, not a doctor, and none of this is medical advice.
