• Blood pressure and pulse — with trend charts and automatic category (Normal, High Normal, Stage 1 & 2)
• Blood sugar and insulin doses — in mmol/L or mg/dL
• Daily weight — in kg, stone & lbs, or lbs
• Oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and peak flow (PEFR) with Green/Amber/Red zones
• Fluid intake and output balance
• Symptom diary with severity scoring
• Medications with up to 4 daily reminder times
• Critical medication alerts that sound even when your phone is on silent — essential for transplant immunosuppression
• Appointments and health check reminders
