Field Force is a mobile workforce application designed for field teams and mobile employees. Plan your day, execute tasks on site, and stay aligned with your team—from assignment through completion.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View and manage assigned, in-progress, and completed tasks
• Access task details, update status, and record work performed on site
• View locations on a map and get directions to customer or job-site addresses
• Share live location during active shifts when tracking is enabled by your organization (with a visible on-screen notification)
• Mark attendance and request or manage leave
• Receive notifications and communicate with your team
• Access safety features such as SOS alerts and operational bulletins
• Submit feedback and access role-based modules from your dashboard

BUILT FOR FIELD OPERATIONS

Field Force integrates with workforce management (WFM) platforms, enabling dispatchers and supervisors to assign work, monitor progress, and support field personnel in real time. The application is intended for authorized users within participating organizations.

LOCATION

Location services are used to display your position on the map, provide navigation to assigned tasks, and—when you are on an active shift with tracking enabled—send periodic location updates to the workforce management platform while a tracking notification is displayed. Tracking is activated only when enabled by organizational policy and can be stopped when your shift ends or when you sign out.

REQUIREMENTS

• A valid workforce account provided by your organization
• An internet connection for data synchronization
• Location permission while using the application; shift-based tracking uses foreground location services as required by your organization
