## Description

RedCRM AI is the operations app for small service businesses — salons, studios, clinics and agencies — that still run on chat threads, notebooks and spreadsheets.

IMPORTANT: RedCRM AI is an invite-only business tool. Accounts are issued by the business that operates them; installing the app does not create an account on its own.

WHAT IT DOES

Bookings
Every appointment in one calendar, colour-coded by staff member so a shared day is readable at a glance. Tap any booking to see the customer, the service, the amount and who is handling it.

Customers
A proper record for each customer — contact details, visit history, packages and remaining lessons, notes your team writes, and the files you attach.

Money
Take deposits at the time of booking, record payments and methods, issue invoices and receipts, and see what is still outstanding. Revenue updates the moment money is received, not at month end.

Commissions and payroll
Commission is calculated as work is completed, split across service, product, photography and referral types, following each staff member's own rate and cooperation mode. Everyone can see their own earnings; owners see everything.

AI assistant
Ask about your own business in plain language — today's schedule, a customer's history, what is unpaid — and get an answer drawn from your live data instead of digging through screens.

Built for a team
Staff see their own work; owners and administrators see the whole business. Every change is traceable, so you can answer "who changed this, and when" months later.
