CityMender Namibia is a free public reporting platform that helps residents report, track and update service delivery and infrastructure issues across Namibia.

Residents can log issues such as potholes, water leaks, electricity faults, streetlight problems, waste concerns, sewerage issues, environmental health concerns and other local service delivery problems.

Each report receives a CityMender reference number, making it easier to track, share and update the issue over time. Reports are displayed on a public map so communities can see what has already been logged in their area and avoid duplicate reporting.

CityMender Namibia is built to make civic reporting simpler, more transparent and more structured. The platform helps residents capture accurate issue information, including location, category, description, photos and updates.
