Asthra ERP is the mobile companion to the Asthra real-estate sales platform. Built for sales executives, project managers and approvers who work outside the office, it puts the day-to-day actions of the ERP in your pocket.

• Record bookings — turn approved cost sheets into bookings, attach signed forms (captured straight from the camera or selected from your photos), and capture receipts as payment progresses.

• Process registrations — manage handover documentation and witness details for completed sales.

• Approve in seconds — review and act on transactions awaiting your approval, with the full transaction history at hand.

• Stay in sync — push notifications keep you informed of every approval, status change and update relevant to you.

WHO IT IS FOR

Asthra ERP is a B2B tool intended exclusively for authorised users of organisations that operate their own deployment of the Asthra ERP backend. You will need a server URL from your administrator and a personal user account before you can sign in.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

Your data lives inside your organisation's Asthra ERP backend, not on Assetbot's servers. The app communicates directly with your backend over HTTPS. Every device permission — camera, photos, location, biometrics, contacts — is granted explicitly by you on first use and can be revoked at any time from your device settings.
