## Description

ScanDeck is a per-event lead capture app for trade shows, expos, and conferences. Aim your iPhone at an attendee badge, scan the QR code, and the lead lands in your booth's list with a name, company, and email, all under a vendor login your event organizer issued you.

Built for the rest of us. The big enterprise lead retrieval systems charge $1,500 to $3,000 per event, lock you into annual contracts, and force a sales call before you can buy. ScanDeck is self-serve, transparent, and priced per event from $299.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

• Fast badge scanning, point, scan, done. Optimized decoder reads codes off badges, screens, and printed sheets.
• Vendor logins, not company accounts. Every booth staffer gets their own PIN protected login. No shared passwords.
• Lead notes and tags, add a follow up note or tag right after the scan while the conversation is fresh.
• Search and filter, find that "guy from Acme" without scrolling.
• Manual entry, for the occasional badge that will not scan or the LinkedIn handoff at dinner.
• Offline capable, keeps working when the convention center Wi Fi falls over. Syncs when you are back online.
• Per event pricing, $0 free trial, $299 Starter, $599 Standard, $1,099 Plus, $2,199 Pro. Custom quote for the big shows.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Your event organizer sets up the event in ScanDeck and issues your booth a vendor code.
2. You sign in on the day with the vendor code and a 4 digit PIN.
3. You scan badges. The lead drops into your list instantly.
4. After the show, you export the leads to CSV or push them straight to your CRM.

PRIVACY

ScanDeck only reads what is in the QR code on the badge, typically a unique attendee ID and the contact info the organizer encoded. Camera frames are processed on your device and never leave it.
