WardRun is a medical game. You run a ward one patient at a time, and every patient is a question. Answer it right and you carry on. Answer it wrong and you lose energy, or an ITU bed, and the shift can end there. Everyone playing gets the same patients each day and one run at them, so when you finish your whole year is on the same board.

It is built the way retention actually works. Every run interleaves specialties instead of blocking by topic: medicine and surgery alongside anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology, in whatever order the ward throws them at you. Every answer is explained in full the moment you give it. Study adds five-stage spaced repetition, so what you got wrong comes back at the point you are about to forget it.

DAILY
Three wards, harder as you go. Eight patients a ward, emergencies landing between them, and a complex case at the end of each one that can win you back an ITU bed or cost you one. One run a day, the same patients for everyone, so the leaderboard is a fair fight.

BLITZ
Five patients, one clock, for when you have not got long. Your time is your score and every wrong answer adds five seconds. Its own board, its own streak.

RANKED
Three leaderboards: everyone, your medical school once you have verified your student email, and a private league with friends. Preclinical and clinical rank separately, so you are compared with your own year. Seasons reset monthly and your streak lasts as long as you keep turning up.

WARDRUN STUDY

One run a day builds the habit. Study is for covering the syllabus.

Unlimited questions, with every session built for you from what is due for review, the topics you are weakest on, and the questions you have not seen yet. Nothing to set up.
