## Description

Plora is a CRM and AI assistant for solo service businesses and small teams — tutors, landscapers, cleaners, designers, contractors, photographers.

You manage clients, projects, quotes, and appointments in one place. The AI assistant Vera reads your Gmail, drafts emails for you to approve before sending, builds quotes from notes you give her, and answers questions about your schedule and your clients.

The calendar syncs two ways with Google Calendar. You can share a public booking link customers use to request time. Recurring appointments and full series take one tap. Quotes have line items and can be sent from the app once you approve them.

After a one-time connect, Vera reads incoming mail, flags potential leads, and drafts replies you can edit before they go out. Voice chat with Vera works in-app for hands-free questions.

For teams, you can add employees, assign appointments, and email each person their daily schedule.

Every email Vera sends, every appointment she books, every quote she drafts requires your approval first.
