## Description

New version: the offline queue uploads in batches with server confirmation. Not one read lost at your event.

Access control with QR codes for events, companies and attendance tracking: check attendees in and out from your phone, follow live capacity and manage everything from the web dashboard. Works with or without signal: not one read is lost.

• QR code and barcode scanning, with continuous mode for busy gates and support for external readers.
• Real-time entry and exit logging, with live capacity updated on the spot.
• Duplicate-read warnings, configurable per event: let repeats in or deny them.
• Seat at the door: zone, row and seat on scan, with a wrong-gate warning.
• Online and offline: with no signal, reads are stored on the phone and uploaded in batches when back online, with server confirmation.
• Last-minute attendee registration with a form.
• Attendee search by any field, with a button to check in or out.
• Limited reader accounts for door staff, with every read attributed to its device.
• Import attendee lists from Excel (.xlsx or .csv).
• Statistics and export of reads to Excel.

HOW TO START
1. Create your admin account at https://control.qraccess.com/register
2. Import your guest list or enable online registration and sales.
3. Create reader users for your staff (main menu Readers, assigned in EVENT > READERS).
4. Sign in on the app, pick the event and start scanning.
