Create a ticket in seconds: match an existing customer by email or phone, pick or add their device (with accessories Yes/No), then capture the repair description with photos. Every ticket gets a unique number, status and full history from day one.

A DASHBOARD THAT ACTUALLY HELPS
Clean status summary cards — New, In Progress, Awaiting Parts, Ready, Collected — each showing 1-day, 7-day, 30-day and 1-year counts. Empty statuses hide automatically so you only see what matters. A 30-day mini report gives you the heartbeat of the shop at a glance.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
