Earn points every second your distracting apps stay locked. Set a daily goal, build a streak, and finally take your time back.

Living Points turns time off your phone into points.

It's the opposite of a screen-time scolding app. There's no shaming, no nagging, no leaderboard. Just a simple loop: pick the apps that pull you in, lock them, and watch your score rise like a game. Unlock and you'll feel the points slip away. The longer you hold, the more you bank.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps you want to lock, social, games, news, whatever you wish you used less.
2. Tap the lock. Living Points starts ticking up every second.
3. Hit your daily goal to extend your streak. Miss a day and the streak resets.

THE MORE YOU LOCK, THE FASTER YOU EARN
Locking 3 apps scores less than locking 20. Living Points scales the rate with how many apps you choose, so the people doing the hard work get rewarded for it.

DEEP FOCUS BONUS
Lock the apps AND put the phone down (screen off, phone in your pocket) and you'll earn at the bonus Deep Focus rate. This is for the moments that actually matter, dinners, walks, work, time with the people you love.

ALWAYS-ON WIDGETS
Drop a Living Points widget on your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see your score and toggle the lock without opening the app. A Control Center toggle and a Live Activity keep the score one glance away.

DAILY GOALS & STREAKS
Set a daily target that feels honest for you. Hit it, build a streak. Miss it, start fresh tomorrow. No guilt trips.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Living Points has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no trackers. Everything stays on your device. I don't want your data, I want you off your phone.

Living Points uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs to lock apps locally. Nothing about your usage ever leaves the device.
