## Description

Inspect welfare sites on the ground: GPS-verified surveys, instant issue reporting, and department review — keeping field officers and HODs in sync across Yadadri.

Field Inspection Yadadri is the official mobile companion app for the District Collector's Office, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, Telangana. It powers the end-to-end inspection workflow — from a Field Officer's daily on-site surveys, to a Site Representative's verification of fixes, to a Head of Department's review and sign-off — on a single secure binary.
KEY FEATURES
• Role-aware home — Field Officers see assigned tasks, HODs see pending reviews, Site Representatives see verifications to perform. The right work surfaces at the right time.

• Role-based login — Field Officers and Site Representatives sign in with phone + OTP. Heads of Department sign in with email + password.

• Geofenced submission — surveys can only be submitted when the device is physically within the site's geofence radius. Prevents desk-bound reports.

• Geotagged photo capture — every photo carries the latitude, longitude, address, and a watermark, so evidence is verifiable at a glance.

• Required-photo enforcement — questions can be marked photo-required by admin; submission is blocked until the required photo is captured.

• Offline-first surveys — fill the survey, attach photos, and submit even when there is no network. The app queues the submission locally; tap Sync from the header when you are back online to upload everything.

• Issue raising and tracking — raise issues against any survey question. Track them through the full lifecycle: pending HOD review → HOD resolved → SiteRep verified → closed as a real fix.

• Live analytics — Home shows overdue surveys, assigned tasks, allocated sites, the current inspection cycle progress, the issues pipeline by stage, and Mandal-wise coverage. Filterable by Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Quarterly, or Annual.

• Secure authentication — token-based, OS-keychain credential storage, HTTPS enforced. Backend hosted on AWS in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region; data encrypted at rest and in transit.

• Notifications — in-app inbox surfaces task assignments, issue updates, and resolution requests as they happen.
