QuiVend is a sales and inventory tracker made for people working the table: artist alley sellers, craft fair makers, market vendors, convention vendors, pop-up shops, merch sellers, and small creative businesses.

If you have ever scribbled sales in a notebook, lost track of stock during a busy day, or packed up from an event unsure whether you actually made money, QuiVend was built for you.

Track sales quickly
Add products to cart, mark them as sold, and keep your booth moving without a complicated POS setup. QuiVend is made for fast booth sales, not slow checkout lines.

Manage your inventory
Keep your products organized with quantities, categories, subcategories, prices, cost prices, SKUs, and notes. When something sells, your stock updates automatically.

Sell at events
Create events for conventions, markets, pop-ups, and fairs. Track sales by event so you can see what sold, what earned, and what needs restocking before the next booth day.

Track expenses
Log event costs like booth fees, travel, food, materials, and other expenses so your event report gives you a clearer picture of profit.

Review reports
See sales totals, profit estimates, best sellers, event performance, and inventory movement in simple reports made for real vendor decisions.

Prepare inventory faster

Optional QuiVend Cloud
QuiVend Cloud adds cloud backup, multi-device sync, and Companion Mode for sellers who need extra flexibility. Invite up to two companions to help sell from your catalog during busy events, with sales landing in your records.

Built to work offline
Lite and Pro stay fully usable offline. QuiVend Cloud is optional and additive. You can keep using QuiVend as a local booth tracker, or add cloud features when you need them.

No payment processing
QuiVend does not process customer payments, hold your money, or take a cut from your sales. Use your preferred payment method, then mark the sale in QuiVend.
