Every plan and piece of feedback is built from your profile, training history, recent status, and current goals. No template programmes copy-pasted from the internet. TAC reads your last week of sleep, the sessions you actually completed, your stated goal, your injuries — and writes coaching grounded in all of it.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

TAC is built local-first. Your training data lives on your device. If you sign in for cloud sync, your data syncs encrypted across your devices — never sold, never used to train AI models, never used for advertising. When TAC sends data to its AI coach, only the anonymised subset needed to help is sent; your name, date of birth, club, and email never leave your device.
