matday replaces the notebook, the WhatsApp group, and the spreadsheet with one app built for how BJJ academies actually run.

ATTENDANCE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Each class gets a unique QR code. Members scan once and they're logged — no sign-in sheet, no manual entry. Walk-ins work too. The attendance log updates in real time so you always know who showed up.

CLASS SCHEDULING ON AUTOPILOT
Define your recurring classes once — Gi on Monday and Wednesday at 19:00, No-Gi on Friday at 18:30. matday generates sessions automatically, 28 days ahead, every night. Modify or cancel individual sessions without touching the template.

MEMBER ROSTER AND BELT TRACKING
Every member in one place: belt, stripes, role, and membership status. Approve join requests, update belts after promotions, and see who's active. Instructors can manage members; owners have full control.

ATTENDANCE HISTORY FOR EVERY MEMBER
