## Description

My mom loves Chinese Checkers. Growing up, our family would play together for hours. When my brother and I left for college, she could not find a computer opponent that was both fun and strong enough, so I built her one.

That worthy opponent grew into JumpStar: an open, verifiable Chinese Checkers AI designed for thoughtful, challenging play. My mom now plays every day, and the project has rekindled our family's joy in the game. I hope it does the same for you.
