## Description

MilliyO did not begin in a boardroom. It began at our own dinner tables — a small circle of families who kept noticing the same uncomfortable thing. The flour smelled too white. The chilli powder was suspiciously bright. The “pure” ghee separated strangely. Our kids were eating food we ourselves had stopped trusting.

We started swapping notes. Reading labels. Visiting mills. Asking the elders in our own homes where they used to buy from — the same trusted millers, farmers and spice traders our grandparents had bought from for decades. Quietly, those relationships were still alive. They just needed someone to bring them back into our kitchens.

That someone became us. MilliyO is what happened when a handful of parents decided that “good enough for my child” would be the only quality bar that mattered. Every grain we mill, every spice we blend, every drop of ghee we bottle has to clear that one test first.
