Zonk is a no-scroll alarm that gives you back the first hour of your day. Pick the apps that wreck your sleep and mornings, and Zonk blocks them at both ends of the night.

How it works:
• Night Lock — block distracting apps at bedtime so you actually go to sleep.
• Optional wake proof — choose a real-world task (make your bed, hit the bathroom sink, step into sunlight) and prove it with a quick photo to stop the alarm, or choose No mission for a standard alarm.
• Morning Lock — when an enabled alarm starts your morning, your chosen apps stay blocked for the wake window you selected, even after the alarm stops.

Built for heavy snoozers, doomscrollers, and anyone who turns alarms off half-asleep.

No accounts, no setup tax — your alarms and settings stay on your device.
