WHAT FORKY DOES

• Fridge scan. Hold the camera at your open fridge and Forky lists every ingredient it sees. Tap "find recipes" to get high-protein meals you can cook with what's already in there. Dinner starts with what you already own.

• Meal scan. Snap any plate, bowl, or wrapper. Forky identifies the components and returns calories and macros in under three seconds. AI estimates are within ±10% and you can tap any item to fine-tune.

• Barcode and label scan. For packaged foods, scan the barcode or nutrition label. Forky pulls the exact values, no guessing.

• Home Screen widgets. Your last plate, calories left, and one-tap scan shortcuts — right on your Home Screen. Forky even drops you a coaching nudge that adapts to your day.

• 26 cheat-code recipes. Hand-picked, high-protein, easy. From 28g protein avocado toast to 70g protein salmon bowls. Every recipe has step-by-step cooking mode.

• Smart logging. Voice dictation, manual entry, saved recipes, imported recipes (paste any URL). Five ways to log so you never have to skip a meal.

• Macros that adapt. Forky watches your protein intake, weight changes, and your WHOOP recovery, then nudges your daily targets when you start drifting.

• WHOOP integration. Connect WHOOP and Forky reads your strain to adjust calorie targets day by day.

• Streaks and nudges. Light push reminders at meal times. Nothing spammy. Toggle every category in Settings.
