## Description

ACEX takes the mental performance systems used by world champions, special forces and top hedge funds and turns it into something you can do in a few minutes a day.

Most apps in this space only help you wind down. ACEX is built for the other moment, the one where you need to be sharp. There's training for holding your composure under pressure (Emotional Control Training), for rehearsing a result before it happens (Visualisation), and a short daily ritual to start the day on your own terms.

Every session is guided audio, three to ten minutes, and you can do it anywhere. Before a meeting. Before a match. In the ninety seconds before a hard conversation. Rate how you feel going in and coming out, and the difference is right there in front of you. The more you show up, the more your composure and focus build.
