## Description

Confidence is not something you talk yourself into. It is something you
build.

MindMePlay is a mental conditioning app for cricketers, built on the
methods used by professional players and coaches. There are no
affirmations here, and nothing asking you to believe in yourself.
Instead there is preparation, and the quiet certainty that comes from
knowing what you have put in.

MATCH WINNER

A five-phase guided routine you run before you play. Ten minutes, the
same every time. It walks you through your identity as a player, a
visualisation of the innings or the spell ahead, and a final settling
before you cross the rope.

Every visualisation includes a setback and a recovery, because every
match will. You rehearse the bad ball, the dropped catch, the loose
over. Then you rehearse coming back from it.

JOURNAL

Five minutes after a session. What you saw, what you did, what you will
work on next. Over a season, this becomes evidence. And on the days when
confidence is thin, evidence is what you draw on.

MIND

A short daily practice. Ninety seconds most days beats an hour the night
before a final.

BUILT FOR YOUNG PLAYERS, AND BUILT PROPERLY

Parents create and manage their children’s profiles from their own
account. A parent PIN protects the settings.

A child’s written reflections stay on their own device. They are never
uploaded to our servers, never analysed, and never used to train
anything. We collect no analytics at all from a child’s profile.

We built it this way because it is right, not because we were made to.

WHO IT IS FOR

Junior cricketers from 8 to 18, and adult club players who want a
repeatable mental routine rather than a pep talk.

MindMePlay is free.
