Sit with distinct personas, each representing a part of your psyche:
• The Mirror — a neutral reflection of your own thoughts
• The Shadow — the parts you hide, deny, or look away from
• The Wise Self — perspective, patience, and hard-won compassion
• The Inner Child — your younger, feeling self

Take the classic Jungian Word Association Test. Respond to each word with the first thing that comes to mind, and notice where you pause — the small hesitations that hint at where your complexes live.
