## Description

Pick the apps that waste your time and give them a daily limit. When it's gone, they're blocked until midnight. No snooze, no override, no 15 more minutes.

Stop The Rot helps you take back the time your phone takes from you.

Pick the apps and websites that pull you away from what matters, and set how long you get with them each day. When that time is used up, they're blocked until midnight. There's no snooze and no override.

Group Daily Limit
One shared daily allowance across all the apps and websites you choose. You'll get a warning 10 minutes and 5 minutes before time runs out, so the block never takes you by surprise.

Specific Daily Limits
Give your worst offenders their own smaller allowance, taken out of your Group Daily Limit.

Blocked Hours
Block apps outright during the hours you want to protect, like bedtime or the first hour of the morning, whatever your limits say.

Daily Goals
Set time you want to spend in apps that are good for you, like reading or meditation. Goal time doesn't count toward your limits, and days you meet every goal get a gold ring on your calendar.

Changes Take Effect Tomorrow
Loosening a limit in a weak moment doesn't work. Any change you make applies from the next day, so today's commitment stays in place.

See Your Patterns
Find out when you use your phone most, when your phone day starts and ends, which apps you open most often, and which interrupt you most with notifications.

Calendar and Widget
Week and month views show which days you stayed under and which went over. Add the calendar widget to your Home Screen to keep your progress in sight.

Private by Design
Stop The Rot uses Apple's Screen Time framework. Your usage stays on your iPhone. Nothing is collected, shared or sent anywhere.

Emergency calls always work, whatever is blocked. Website tracking and blocking work in Safari.
