CoReceptionist turns an iPad into your front desk. Visitors sign themselves in, hosts are notified the moment their guest arrives, and every visit is logged — so you always know who is in the building.
**Check in, in under a minute**
Invited guests hold up a QR code and they are done. Walk-ins are guided through one question at a time: name, company, phone, reason for visit. Nothing on screen that your site does not need.
**Notify the host automatically**
Visitors pick their host from a photo directory and the host is messaged straight away. No calling around, no waiting in the lobby.
**Agreements, signed on the spot**
Serve your own NDA or visitor policy on the kiosk. Visitors read it, sign on the glass, and the signed copy is stored against the visit record.
**Badges that print themselves**
Confirmation, badge print, and host notification happen together at the end of check-in.

Search by name, enter a phone number or visitor code, or hold the badge barcode up to the camera for an instant check-out.
