Recipe Keepsake is a family recipe organizer and recipe keeper for handwritten cards, cookbook pages, screenshots, PDFs, and web recipes.

Some recipes only exist once — a grandmother’s handwriting on an index card, a cookbook page with a note in the margin from thirty years ago, or a screenshot someone sent after a dinner everyone loved. Recipe Keepsake keeps them all — the original and a clean, searchable version — so nothing gets lost and every recipe is easy to cook from again.

Snap a photo of a handwritten card. Import a PDF from Files. Save a web recipe from Safari. Paste text from anywhere. Or type a recipe in by hand. Recipe Keepsake handles all of it and keeps the original file alongside the recipe.

FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

Search by title, ingredient, source, or tag. Organise recipes with your own categories. Add a source note like “Nana’s card” or “Mum’s notebook” so you remember where it came from.

COOK FROM WHAT IS ALREADY IN THE KITCHEN

Use What You Have lets you add ingredients from the fridge, freezer, or pantry and instantly see which saved recipes you can make. Great for using up odds and ends before a shop.

BUILD A SHOPPING LIST WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP

Tap the basket icon next to any ingredient to add it to your shopping list. Share the list to Notes, Messages, or any app. Pro users can let AI combine multiple recipes into one grouped grocery list.
