Set up your medications once — name, optional dosage and notes — and tell the app when to remind you: fixed times of day, every few hours, or specific weekdays, with or without food. Pill Reminder schedules reliable local notifications so the right reminder arrives at the right time.

When a reminder appears, mark a dose as Taken, Snooze it, or Skip it — right from the notification. The Today view always answers "what do I still need to take, and what have I already taken?" and the History view shows your adherence over time.
