Set the times you take each medication and record whether you took or missed each dose. MedMode counts your stock down at each dose time, keeping your days-remaining figure accurate throughout the day.

DOSE HISTORY
See a full record of your taken and missed doses over the last 7, 30, or 90 days — including an adherence percentage that's calculated honestly. Share a clean summary report with your doctor in one tap.

SCRIPT MANAGEMENT
Track your repeats and script expiry dates. MedMode warns you before a script runs out or expires, so you can book an appointment on your terms rather than in a panic.

REMINDERS
Get a notification at each of your scheduled dose times with snooze options right there on the lock screen. Low stock and script alerts fire automatically in the background.

YOUR PRIVACY
Your data is stored privately on your iPhone and is never sent anywhere. MedMode doesn't need an account, doesn't have ads, and has no interest in your medical information beyond helping you manage it.
